Know all men by these presents that Philip C. Smaby and Margaret I. Smaby, husband and wife, owners and proprietors
of the following described property situated in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to wit:
That part of Lot 1 lying South of the North 144 feet thereof, Block 5; Lots 2 and 3, Block 5; South 130 feet
of Lot 4, Block 5; that part of Lots 4 and 5 lying South of the North 144 feet of said Lots 4 and 5, Block 6;
Woodbury Park near Lake Harriet, Hennepin County, Minnesota and that part of the adjoining vacated alley
lying between the extensions across it of the West line of Lot 4, Block 5, and the East line of Lot 4, Block 6,
all in Woodbury Park near Lake Harriet, Hennepin County, Minnesota.

Have caused the same to be surveyed and platted as WOODBURY PARK SECOND ADDITION and do hereby donate and dedicate
to the public for public use forever the circle and drainage and utility easements as shown on this plat.
