I hereby certify that in accordance with the provisions of
Chapter 508, Minnesota Statutes of 1949, as amended, I bare
surveyed the following described tract in t}e County of
Reauspin, State of Minnesota, to wits
That part of Tract C, Registered Load Surrey No. 194, files of
Registrar of Titles, County of Hennepin, lying Westerly of a
line drawn from a point on the Borth lino of said Tract C,
distant 257.56 feet Westerly from the most Sasterly corner
thereof to a point on the Southeasterly line of said Tract C,
distant 290.0 feet Southwesterly from the most Easterly
corner thereof.
That part of Tract D, Registered Load Surrey No. 194, files of
Registrar of Titles, County of Hennepin, described as commencing
at the most Basterly eornor'of tract C; Registered Land Survey
No. 194; thence Southwesterly along the Southeasterly line of
Tract C a distance of 325.11 foot to a commoncorner between
Tracts C and D said corner being the point of beginning of the
land to be described; thence Northwesterly 20 feet oUng a lino
between Tracts C and D; thence Southwesterly 600 feet along a line
between Tracts C and D; thence. Southeasterly 20 feet along a
line between Tracts C and D; thence Northeasterly to the point
of beginning.
That the surrey shown heroin is a correct delineation of said
survey as surveyed by as this 13th day of, May, 1963.
