HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA
I hereby certify that in zccordznce with the provisions of
Chapter 508, Minnesota statutes of 1L9, as amended, I have
surveyed the following described tract of lend in the County
of Hennepin, State of r-linnesota to wit:
The East One-half of the Southeast Quarter, Section 31,
Township 28 North, Range 24 west of the 4th Principal meri-
dian except that part of said East One-half of said Southeast
Quarter, Section 31, Township 28, Range 24, described as fol-
lows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said tract;
thence running west 650 feet; thence South 660 feet; thence
East 650 feet; thence North 660 feet to the place of begin-
ning; the boundary lines of which lands have been marked by
monuments at each corner of said tract thereof, which monu-
ments ire in place at the following described places, to wit:
Judicial Landmarks are at the following points: The South-
west and Northwest corners of the Southeast Quarter of the
Southeast Quarter of Section 31, Township 28 North, Range
24 west of the 4th Principal Meridian. The Northwest corner
of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said
Section 31; At a point on the North boundary line of said
Southeast Quarter of said Section 31, 650 feet west of the
Northeast corner of said Southeast Quarter. At a point 660
feet South of North boundary line of said Southeast Quarter
of said Section 31, and 650 feet west of the East boundary
line thereof. At a point 660 feet South of the North boun-
dary line of said Southeast Quarter of said Section 31, and
33 feet West of the East boundary line thereof. At a point
on the South boundary line of said Southeast Quarter of said
Section 31,33 feet west of the Southeast corner of said Sec-
tion 31; Also including That part of the Northeast Quarter of
the Southeast Quarter, Section 31, Township 28, Range 24,
described as beyinning at a point on the East line of said
Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter distant 330 feet
South from the Northeast corner of said Northeast Quarter of
the Southeast Quarter; thence west parallel with the North
line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter a
distance of 650 feet; thence South parallel with said East
line 330 feet; thence East parallel with said North line 650
feet to said East line; thence North along said East line 330
feet to the point of beginning. The South and west lines of
said tract being marked by Judicial Landmarks set pursuant
to Torrens Case No. 9691 at a point on the South line of said
tract 33 feet west from the Southeast corner thereof, at the
Southwest corner thereof, and at a point on the North line of
said Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter distant 650
feet West from the Northeast corner of said kortheast Quarter
of the Southeast Quarter.
That the survey shown herein is a correct delineation of said
survey. Dated this Z,7Yh day of A.D. 1964.
