I hereby certify that in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 508, Minnesota Statutes of 1949, as amended, I have
surveyed the following described tract of land in the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota to wit: That part of the
Southwest Quarter of Section 31, Township 117, Range 21, described as beginning at the Northwest corner:of said Southwest
Qxarter; thence East along the North line of said Southwest Quarter to a point 990 feet west of the Northeast corner of said
Southwest Quarter; thence South on a line parallel with the East line of said Southwest Quarter to a point on said parallel
line distant 1629.21 feet North of the South line of said Section 31; thence West to a point on the Hest line of said
Southwest Quarter 1589.04 feet North of the Southwest corner of said Southwest Quarter; thence North to the point of beginning;
except the following parcels: That part of the North Falf of the Southwest Quarter of Section 31, Township 117, Range
21, described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Southwest Quarter of Section 31; Township 117, Range 21;
theme South along the West line of said section 529.68 feet to a point 2118.72 feet North of the Southwest corner thereof;
thence East 1635.1 feet to a point 2172.28 feet North of the South line of said section; thence North 543.07 feet to a point
on the North line of said Southwest Quarter of said section; thence *lest 1635.3 feet to point of beginning; which lies West
of a line described as beginning at a point on the North line of said tract distant 4hO feet East of the Northwest corner of
said tract; thence South at an angle of,90 degrees with said North line a distance of 150 feet; thence Southwesterly on a
straight line to a point on the South line of the above described tract distant 270 feet East of the Southwest corner thereof
and there terminating; and The 'Fest 270 feet of the, following described tract: Commencing at a point on the West line of
Section 31, Township 117, Range 21, 1589.Oh feet North of the Southwest corner thereof; thence East 1634.91 feet to a point
1629;21 feet North of the South line of said section; thence North 543.07 feet; thence ?Jest 1635.10 feet to a point on the
West line of said section, 2118.72 feet North of the Southwest corner thereof; thence South 529.68 feet to the point of
beginning. Containing 32.19 acres.
