I hereby certify that in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 508, Minnesota Statutes of 1949.
as amended, I have surveyed the following described tract in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota,
to wit:
That part of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter, Section 8, Township 116, Range 21, des-
cribed as beginning at a point on the South line of said Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter
distant 596.04 feet East from the Southwest corner of said Northeast quarter of the Northeast
quarter; thence West along said South line to said Southwest corner; thence North along the West
line of said Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter to a point thereon 396 feet North from the
Northwest corner of the South one-half of the South one-half of said Northeast quarter of the Northeast
quarter; thence East parallel with the North line of the South one-half of the South one-half of said
Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter a distance of 700.23 feet; thence Southwesterly. along a
line which intersects the South line of said Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter at a point
30.12 feet East from the point of beginning, to the North line of the South one-half of the South one-
half of said Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter; thence West along said North line 25.12 feet;
thence Southwesterly, along a line which intersects the South line of said Northeast quarter of the
Northeast quarter at a point 5 feet East from the point of beginning, a distance of 16.11 feet more
or less to a point 316 feet Northeasterly along said last described line from the South line of said
Northeast quarter of the Northeast quarter; thence West parallel with the South line of said Northeast
quarter of the Northeast quarter a distance of 5 feet; thence Southwesterly 316 feet to the point of
beginning.
That the survey shown herein is a correct delineation of said survey as surveyed by me this 16th day
of August, 1966.
