1 hereby certify that in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 508, Minnesota Statutes of 19119, as amended, i have surveyed
the following described tract of land In the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota, to wits Lot 2, except that part of the
West 207.63 feet lying within the North 151.11 feet of the South 151.11 feet of said Lot 2, as measured along the West line of
said Lot from the Southwest corner thereof, and except the South 300 feet, as measured along the West line of said Lot from the
Southwest corner thereof, Block 3, SOLTHDALE ACRES, according to the plat thereof on file or of record In the office of the
Registrar of Titles in and for said Hennepin County. Also the West 207.63 feet of the North 151,11 feet of the South 451.11
feet of Lot 2, as measured along the West line of said Lot from the Southwest corner thereof, Block 3, SOLJTHDALE ACRES, according
to the plat thereof on file or of record in the office of the Registrar of Titles in and for said Hennepin County.
That the survey shown hereon is a correct delineation of said survey.
