HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA
I hereby certify that in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 508, Minnesota Statutes
of 1949 as amended, I have surveyed the following described property situated in the County
of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to wit:
Those parts of Tracts A and C, Registered Land Survey No. 7, files of
Registrar of Titles, County of Hennepin, lying northerly and westerly
of the highway right-of-way line as described in Notice of Lis Pendens,
Document No. 94364d, and that part of said Tract A which lies southerly
of the easterly extension of the north line of Lot 4, Block 1, Grand
View Heights, according to the recorded plat thereof.
That the survey shown hereon is a correct delineation of said survey.
