I hereby certify that in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 508, Minnesota Statutes of 1949
as amended, I have surveyed the following tract of land in the County of Hennepin and State of
Minnesota to wits
That part of the Southwest QuarterSWY4 of the Northwest Quarter (NWS-) of Section Thirty-two (32)9
Township One hundred seventeen (117), North Range Twenty-one (21)9 West of the 5th Principal
Meridian, described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of the Southwest// of the
Northwest %, Section 329 Township 1171 Range 21; thence west along the south line of Southwest//L of
Northwest//* 471.6 feet to a line parallel with and 880 feet east of the west line of the Southwest//Y4
Section 32, Township 117, Range 21; thence north along the extension of the last described line a
distance of 185.4 feet; thence east parallel with the south line of the Southwest !* of the Northwest
%, a distance of 470.15 feet to the east line of said Southwest % of the Northwest %; thence south
185.4 feet to beginning.
The survey shown hereon is a correct delineation of said survey.
