I hereby certify that in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 508, Minnesota Statutes of 1949, as amended, I have
surveyed the following described tract of land in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to wit:
Lot 1, Block 1, REPLAT OF LOT 2, BLOCK 1, SOUTH OFFICE PARK FIRST ADDITION, according to the plat thereof on file or of
record in the office of the Registrar of Titles, County of Hennepin;
That part of Lot 2, Block 1, said REPLAT OF LOT 2, BLOCK 1, SOUTH OFFICE PARK FIRST ADDITION lying West of the following
described line: Commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot 1, Block 1, said addition; thence East along the South line of
said Lot 1 a distance of 372.89 feet to a corner of said Lot 1, which corner is the actual point of beginning of the line
to be described; thence Southerly to the Northwest corner of Lot 3, Block 1, said addition; thence Southerly along the West
line of said Lot 3 to the Southwest corner of said Lot 3 and there terminating.
