I hereby certify that in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 508, Minnesota Statutes of 1949, as
amended, I have surveyed the following described tractsin the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota,
to wit:
That part of Tract A, Registered Land Survey No. 1145, files of the Registrar of Titles, County of
Hennepin, lying westerly of the following described line:
Commencing at the northwest corner of said Tract A; thence on an assumed bearing of South 89
degrees 54 minutes 12 seconds East, along the northerly line of said Tract A, a distance of
260.27 feet to the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence South 0 degrees 05
minutes 48 seconds West a distance of 40.00 feet; thence westerly, southwesterly and southerly
a distance of 50.69 feet along a non-tangential curve concave to the southeast having a radius
of 35.00 feet, a central angle of 82 degrees 58 minutes 34 seconds and a chord bearing of South
48 degrees 36 minutes 31 seconds West; thence southwesterly 308.37 feet along a reverse curve
concave to the northwest having a radius of 333.00 feet, a central angle of 53 degrees 03
minutes 30 seconds and a chord bearing of South 33 degrees 38 minutes 59 seconds West; thence
South 60 degrees 10 minutes 44 seconds West, tangent to said reverse curve, a distance of 115.24
feet: thence southwesterly a distance of 161.19 feet along a tangential curve concave to the
southeast, having a radius of 304.03 feet and a central angle of 30 degrees 22 minutes 34
seconds to the intersection with the westerly line of said Tract A, and said line there ter-
minating.
That part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, Section 31, Township 117, Range 21,
described as follows:
Commencing at the northwest corner of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter; thence
on an assumed bearing of South 89 degrees 54 minutes 12 seconds East, along the northerly line
of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, a distance of 320.05 feet to the actual
point of beginning of the land to be described; thence South 5 degrees 30 minutes 58 seconds
West a distance of 26.45 feet; thence southerly a distance of 188.18 feet along a tangential
curve concave to the west having a radius of 994.93 feet and a central angle of 10 degrees
50 minutes 14 seconds; thence South 16 degrees 21 minutes 12 seconds West, tangent to said
curve, a distance of 232.85 feet; thence southerly a distance of 173.95 feet along a tangen-
tial curve concave to the east having a radius of 914.93 feet and a central angle of 10 degrees
53 minutes 35 seconds and a chord bearing of South 10 degrees 54 minutes 25 seconds West; thence
northeasterly a distance of 347.65 feet along a curve concave to the southeast having a radius
of 370.03 feet, a central angle of 53 degrees 49 minutes 48 seconds and a chord bearing of
North 32 degrees 22 minutes 31 seconds East, to its intersection with the westerly line of
Tract A, Registered Land Survey No. 1145, files of the Registrar of Titles, County of Hen-
nepin; thence northerly along said westerly line to the northerly line of said Southwest
Quarter of the Northeast Quarter; thence westerly along said northerly line to the actual
point of beginning.
