I hereby certify that in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 508, Minnesota Statutes of 1949; as
amended, I have surveyed the following described tract of land in the County of Hennepin and State of
Minnesota, to wit:
Lot 1, Block 4, except the Southeasterly 2.75 feet thereof, and except that portion of the Southeasterly 26.33 feet of
said Lot 1, Block 4, lying Northeasterly of the Southwesterly 31.17 feet thereof; all in Braemar Hills 7th Addition,
according to the plat thereof filed in the office of the Register of Deeds and Registrar of Titles, Hennepin County,
Minnesota
and
Lot 2, Block 4, except the Northeasterly 0.75 feet thereof; and the Southeasterly 2.75 feet of Lot 1, Block 4; and
that portion of the Southeasterly 26.33 feet of said Lot 1, Block 4, lying Northeasterly of the Southwesterly 31.17
feet thereof; all in Braemar Hills 7th Addition, according to the plat thereof filed in the office of the Register
of Deeds and Registrar of Titles, Hennepin County, Minnesota
and
Lot 3, Block 4, except the Northeasterly 0.50 feet of that portion of said Lot 3, Block 4, lying Northwesterly of the
Southeasterly 33.00 feet thereof; and the most Southeasterly 2.00 feet of Lot 4, Block 4; and that portion of the
Southeasterly 26..33 feet of said Lot 4, Block 4, lying Southwesterly of the Northeasterly 32.17 feet thereof; and the
Northeasterly 0.75 feet of Lot 2, Block 4; all in Braemar Hills 7th Addition, according to the plat thereof filed in
the office of the Register of Deeds and Registrar of Tittles, Hennepin County, Minnesota
and
Lot 4, Block 4, except the most Southeasterly 2.00 feet thereof, and except that portion of the Southeasterly 26.33
feet of said Lot 4, Block 4, lying Southwesterly of the Northeasterly 32.17 feet thereof; and the Northeasterly 0.50
feet of that portion of Lot 3, Block 4, lying Northwesterly of the Southeasterly 33.00 feet thereof; all in Braemar
Hills 7th Addition, according to the plat thereof filed in the office of the Register of Deeds and Registrar of Titles
Hennepin County, Minnesota.
