I hereby certify that in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 508, Minnesota Statutes of 1949; as
amended, I have surveyed the following described tract of land in the County of Hennepin and State of
Minnesota, to wit:

3.00 feet of the most Northeasterly 30.00 feet of Lot 2, Block 7; all in Braemar Hills 7th Addition, according to the
plat thereof filed in the office of the Register of Deeds and Registrar of Titles, Hennepin County, Minnesota
and
