I hereby certify that in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 508, Minnesota Statutes of 1949, as amended,
I have surveyed the following described tract of land in the County of Hennepin and State of Minnesota to wit:
That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter described as beginning at the Southwest corner,
thence East 439.75 feet along the South line of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, thence North
660 feet, thence West 439.63 feet to the West line of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, thence
South 660 feet to the place of beginning, except the North 350 feet thereof, in Section 7, Township 28, Range 24.
The South 225 feet of the North 350 feet of the following described property:
That part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter described as beginning at the Southwest cor-
ner, thence East 439.75 feet along the South line of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, thence
North 660 feet, thence Wesf439.63 feet to the West line of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter,
thence South 660 feet to the place of beginning, Section 7, Township 28, Range 24.
That the survey shown hereon is a correct delineation of said serve.
