We are requesting the official address of the project be 3200 Southdale Circle, Edina, MN 55435 This would be the address used for all permitting for the entire project. Upon Completion, we would like to give the (13) 2 story townhouses their own address. These town houses have direct "front door" access to Xerxes Ave or W 66th St. In addition these units will have access to the 1st Floor Garage. They are not connected to the rest of the building by a common hallway. We would ask your team to assign address to the townhouses. Please review with your team and the Fire Department. I will be reaching out to the postmaster as well for front door mail delivery — similar to the homes on Xerxes. Let me know when the 3200 Southdale Circle address has been confirmed, and the townhome addresses as well. Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. Thank you for your partnership.
