RESOLUTION NO. 2017-53
DESIGNATING DIRECTOR
AND ALTERNATE DIRECTOR TO
SUBURBAN RATE AUTHORITY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Edina, Minnesota, as follows: Brian Olson is
hereby designated to serve as a Director of the Suburban Rate Authority and Don Uram is hereby
designated to serve as Alternate Director of the Suburban Rate Authority for the remainder of year
2017 and until their successors are appointed.
