LICENSE FEE WAIVER FOR ITINERANT FOOD
ESTABLISHMENTS
The City Council adopted a policy to waive the license fee for itinerant food establishments operated by
non-profit clubs which met the following criteria:
1. The non-profit service club has purchased one fee based itinerant food establishment license for
the current license year.
2. The license fee waiver request is presented to City Council during a regularly scheduled Council
Meeting at least five days prior to the scheduled event.
