= 2�� ACCEPTING DONATIONS ON
• BEHALF OF THE CITY OF EDINA
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute 465.03 allows cities to accept grants and donations of real or personal
property for the benefit of its citizens;
WHEREAS, said donations must be accepted via a resolution of the Council adopted by a two thirds
majority of its members.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Edina City Council accepts with sincere appreciation the
following listed donations on behalf of its citizens.
Edina Art Center:
Lynda and James Mader $25.00
Braemar Golf Course Memorial Fund For Golf Course Equipment:
Robert Malby $150.00
Edina Park Department in memory of Dale Nelson to be used for a bench at Courtney Fields Baseball
Complex:
Kristine and Andrew Mullmann $320.00
• Frederick and Sarah Haberman $100.00
Christina M & Nicolas Jermihov $50.00
Leslie J. Kraus $50.00
Edina Park Department:
Margie Brant $5,495.00 Landscaping and trees for York Park
