DWI ENFORCEMENT GRANT PROGRAM
City of Edina
WHEREAS, the City of Edina Police Department has chosen to enter into a grant
agreement with the Minnesota Department of Public Safety, Minnesota State Patrol
Division, for the project entitled, DWI ENFORCEMENT GRANT PROGRAM, during the
period from October 1, 2010 through September 30, 2013; and
WHEREAS, the Chief of the Edina Police Department is hereby authorized to
execute such agreements and amendments as are necessary to implement the project on
behalf of the Edina Police Department and to be the fiscal agent and administrator of the
grant.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Edina
hereby declares its commitment to enter into a grant agreement with the Minnesota
Department of Public Safety, Minnesota State Patrol Division, for the project entitled DWI
ENFORCEMENT GRANT PROGRAM.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the DWI ENF&CEMENT GRANT PROGRAM
be effective during the period October 1, 2010 through Sept$mber 30, 2013.
