RESOLUTION NO. 2009-04
DESIGNATING DIRECTOR
AND ALTERNATE DIRECTOR TO
SUBURBAN RATE AUTHORITY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Edina, Minnesota, as
follows: John C. Wallin is hereby designated to serve as a Director of the
Suburban Rate Authority, and Eric Roggeman is hereby designated to serve as
Alternate Director of the Suburban Rate Authority for the year 2009 and until their
successors are appointed.
Adopted this 6th day of January, 2009.
