WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute 465.03 allows cities to accept grants and donations of real or personal property for the benefit
of its citizens;
WHEREAS,said donations must be accepted via a resolution of the Council adopted by a two thirds majority of its members.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Edina City Council accepts with sincere appreciation the following listed
donations on behalf of its citizens.
Donations to Edina Art Center:
Gloria W. Smith $50.00 Mary Dvorak $15.00
Karen Nemer $50.00 Memoriam of Jean Windschill
Memoriam of Mary Franklin Michael Frey Donation of Five Art Books
Katherine Miller Donation of Four Art Books
Donation to Edina Park Department:
Edina Community Council $1,500.00 Transportation for Summer Park Programs
