WHEREAS, a resolution of the city council, adopted the 7th day of April, 2009, fixed
a date for a council hearing on Improvement No. BA-357, the proposed improvement of St.
Johns Park Neighborhood Street Reconstruction; and
WHEREAS, the hearing was fixed for the 5th day of May, 2009.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the feasibility report for Improvement
BA-357 is hereby received by the Edina City Council.
