WHEREAS, the City of Edina has applied for and received a grant from the Minnesota
Historical Society pursuant to authority granted by the National Historic Preservation Act
of 1966; and
BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Edina City Council hereby accepts Grant No. 27-09-
28129.008, along with the matching provisions of the grant agreement and authorizes
and directs the City Manager to sign the grant agreement on its beh If.
