NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF EDINA, MINNESOTA, that a public hearing
shall be held on the 51h day of January, 2010, in the Council Chambers at City Hall at 7:00 p.m. to consider street
reconstruction in the neighborhoods of Braemar Hills and Parkwood Knolls and for Interlachen Circle, Interlachen Bluff,
Bror Road and Moccasin Valley Road, Improvement Project Nos. BA-359, BA-361, BA-362, BA-374, BA-375 and BA-376.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall give mailed and pLdnticesuch hearing and
improvements as required by law.
