WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve roadways and utilities in the Richmond Hills 2nd
Addition Neighborhood (Eden-moor Street, Pinewood Trail, Richwood Drive and Sherwood
Road);.
BE IT RESOLVED,that the City Council of the City of Edina that a public hearing shall be
held on March 3,2008,at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber of Edina City,4801 West 50t"Street,
Edina,MN to consider the making of Improvement Nos. BA-343,SS-439,STS-344 and WM-477,
in the Richmond Hills 2nd Addition Neighborhood(Eden-moor Street,Pinewood Trail,Richwood
Drive and Sherwood Road) .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,that the City Clerk shall give mailed and published notice of
such hearing and improvements as required by law.
