RESOLUTION NO. 2008-67
RESOLUTION OF COMMENDATION
EDINA HIGH SCHOOL
2007-2008 BOYS TENNIS TEAM
WHEREAS, the members of the Edina High School 2007-2008 Boys Tennis
Team were Champions of the Classic Lake Conference, Section Champions and State
Champions; and
WHEREAS, success has come to the members of the Team and individual
players because of their extraordinary ability, hours of practice and the leadership of
their coach; and
WHEREAS, as representatives of the City of Edina, the members of the Team
and individual players exemplified the highest standards of athletic proficiency and
• good sportsmanship.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Edina City Council that
congratulations be extended to the members of the Team:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this resolution be recorded in the Minutes of
the Edina City Council and that copies be given to all the members of the Team.
