NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF EDINA,
MINNESOTA, that a public hearing shall be held on the 16th day of September, 2008, in the
Council Chambers at City Hall at 7:00 p.m. to consider Refuse Removal Projects REM-08
and REML-08.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall give mailed and published
notice of such hearing and improvements as required by law.
ADOPTED this 19th day of August, 2008.
