AGREEMENT NO. 93209
City of Edina
BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Edina enter into Mn/DOT Agreement No. 93209 with the State
of Minnesota, Department of Transportation for the following purposes:
To provide for payment by the State to the City of the State's share of costs of the
landscape materials acquisition to be placed adjacent to Trunk Highway No. 100 at West
77th Street in the Northeast Quadrant within the corporate City limits under state project no.
2733-969.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to execute the
Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement.
Adopted this 2nd day of September, 2008.
