SET PUBLIC HEARING OF DECEMBER 2, 2008,
AND RECEIVE FEASIBILITY STUDY
FOR FRANCE AVENUE SIDEWALK
IMPROVEMENT NO. S-101
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF EDINA,
MINNESOTA, that a public hearing shall be held on the 2nd day of December, 2008, in
the Council Chambers at City Hall at 7:00 p.m. to consider installation of Sidewalk on
France Avenue as petitioned by residents, Improvement Project No. S-101.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall give mailed and published
notice of such hearing and improvements as required by law.
ADOPTED this 3rd day of November, 2008.
