ACCEPTING DONATIONS ON
BEHALF OF THE CITY OF EDINA

City of Edina
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute 465.03 allows cities to accept grants and donations of real or personal property for the
benefit of its citizens;
WHEREAS, said donations must be accepted via a resolution of the Council adopted by a two thirds majority of its
members.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Edina City Council accepts with sincere appreciation the following
listed donations on behalf of its citizens.
Donation to Edina Art Center:
Northwest Graphic Supply Co. Misc Art Materials
Donation to Edina Park Department:
Mike Wood $1,345.00 Garden Park Improvements
Edina Community Foundation $5,000.00 Grants-In-Aid To Children And Their Families That Could
Not Otherwise Afford To Participate In Park& Recreation
Department Facilities AnPrograms
