SET HEARING DATE OF FEBRUARY 20, 2007, City Of Edina
FOR
ROADWAY IMPROVEMENT NO. BA-336
WEST 70TH STREET
FROM
FRANCE AVENUE TO YORK.AVENUE
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF EDINA,
MINNESOTA, that a public hearing shall be held on February 20, 2007, in the Council
Chambers of City Hall at 7:00 P.M. to consider Roadway Improvements based on redevelopment
along West 70th Street from France Avenue to York Avenue for Westin-Galleria and the Target
sites.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall give mailed and published
notice of such hearing and improvements as required by law.
ADOPTED this 16th day of January, 2007.
