SET PUBLIC HEARING OF MARCH 6, 2007, City Of Edina
FOR STREET IMPROVEMENTS,
AND NECESSARY UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS
FOR CONCORD AVENUE FROM VALLEY VIEW LANE TO
SOUTH VIEW LANE
IMPROVEMENT NO. BA-331
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF EDINA,
MINNESOTA, that a public hearing shall be held on the 6th day of March, 2007, in the Council
Chambers at City hall at 7:00 P.M. to consider Street Improvements based on the condition of
the street and the necessary utility improvements required along the roadway, Improvement
Project No. BA-331 for Concord Avenue from Valley View Lane to South View Lane.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall give mailed and published
notice of such hearing and improvements as required by law.
ADOPTED this 6th day of February, 2007.
