A, APPROVING HAUGLAND
PRELIMINARY PLAT
City of Edina
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Edina, Minnesota, that that
certain plat entitled, "REGISTERED LAND SURVEY NO. XX", platted by Haugland
Company., and presented at the regular meeting of the City Council on February 20, 2007,
be and is hereby granted preliminary plat approval with the following conditions: Final Plat
approval; the individual elevator tracts may only be sold to Gene Haugland, the
Condominium Association or their successors and Developer's Agreement.
Passed and adopted by the Edina City Council this 20th y of February, 2007.
