RESOLUTION NO. 2007-30
GRANTING A
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
TO CITY OF EDINA FIRE DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the procedural requirements of Code Section 850 (the Zoning Ordinance)
have been met, and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the Findings as required by Code Section No.
850.04 Subd. 4 have been satisfied:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Edina City Council hereby grants a
Conditional Use Permit to City of Edina Fire Department, to allow the demolition and
reconstruction of a Fire Station at 6250 Tracy Avenue in Edina.
• Passed and adopted this 201h day of February, 2007.
