SET PUBLIC HEARING OF MARCH 20, 2007, Cit ' Of Edina
FOR ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS
FOR TODD PARK AREA ROADWAY
IMPROVEMENT NO. BA-340
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF EDINA,
MINNESOTA, that a public hearing shall be held on the 201h day of March, 2007, in the Council
Chambers at City Hall at 7:00 P.M. to consider Roadway Improvements to the Todd Park Area
due to the condition of the streets.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVEDthat the City Clerk shall give mailed and published
notice of such hearing and improvements as required by law.
ADOPTED this 20th day of February, 2007.
