WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute 465.03 allows cities to accept grants and donations of rel or personal
property for the benefit of its citizens;
WHEREAS, said donations must be accepted -via a resolution of the Council adopted by a two thirds
majority of its members.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Edina City Council accepts with sincere appreciation
the following listed donations on behalf of its citizens.
Donations to the Edina Art Center
Rick and Eddie Fesler $60 Beatrice Thacher $10
Richard S. Johnson $60 Paul A. and Diane S. Schroeder $10
Donations to the Fire Department
Residential Mortgage Group $100 On behalf of John& Audrey Johnson
Donations to the Police Department
