ORDERING STREET AND UTILITY RECONSTRUCTION Clty Of K''Cf111a
PROJECT IMPROVEMENT NO., BA-331,A-229, STS-314, SS-426,WM-455
CONCORD AVENUE STREET RECONSTRUCTION
WHEREAS, the Edina City Council on the 6th day of February, 2007, fixed a date for a Council
hearing on the proposed street reconstruction improvement No. BA-331; and
WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given,
and the hearing was held thereon the 6th day of March, 2007, for Sewer, Water and Street
Reconstruction Improvement Project Nos. BA-331, A-229, STS-314, SS-426, and WM-455 for
Concord Avenue, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard
thereon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Council has duly considered the views of
all persons interested, and being fully advised of the pertinent facts, does hereby determine to proceed
with the construction of said improvement, including all proceedings which may be necessary in
eminent domain for the acquisition of necessary easements and rights hereby designated and shall be
referred to in all subsequent proceedings for Sewer, Water, and Street Reconstruction Improvement
Project Nos. BA-331, A-229, STS-314, SS-426, WM-455 for Concord Avenue.
• BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Sewer, Water, and Street Reconstruction Improvement
Project Nos. BA-331, A-229, STS-314, SS-426, WM-455 for Concord Avenue is hereby ordered as
proposed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Engineer is her by designated as the engineer for
this improvement. The engineer shall causLianan d pecifi tions o be prepared for the making of
such improvement.
