City Of Winca
WHEREAS, the City of Edina purchases certain materials from the State of
Minnesota, Department of Transportation, including oil for the pothole spray patching
machine, and
WHEREAS, the State of Minnesota requires that the City of Edina enter into an
agreement with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transportation, for the following
purposes, to wit:
To request that the State perform certain technical, transportation-related services
identified in Exhibit A, "Available Services," of the agreement. The City will
submit a brief written request for each service in accordance with the terms and
conditions set forth and contained in the Partnership Contract, a copy of which
was before the board.
NOW THEREFORE, LET IT BE RESOLVED that the proper City officers be and
• hereby are authorized to execute such agreement and any amendments, and thereby
assume for and on behalf of the City all of the contractual obligations contained therein.
Passed and adopted this 20th day of March, 2007.
