z� o BLUE CROSS BLUE SHIELD OF MINNESOTA
ACTIVE COMMUNITY PLANNING GRANT
City of Edina
WHEREAS, The City of Edina and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, Inc.
(hereafter called BCBSM) have agreed to enter into an grant agreement for a planning
consultant an Active Community Planning Grant for the Bike Edina Task Force of up to
$50,000; and
WHEREAS, the City of Edina agrees to draft a Bicycling Master Plan for the City
of Edina incorporating "active living principles".
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Manager are
authorized to execute the Grant Agreement and any amendments to the Agreement.
Passed and adopted this 20th day of March, 2007.
