RESOLUTION NO. 2007-62
o� @ ACCEPTING DONATIONS ON
o BEHALF OF THE CITY OF EDINA
City of Edifla
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute 465.03 allows cities to accept grants and donations of real or
personal property for the benefit of its citizens;
WHEREAS, said donations must be accepted via a resolution of the Council adopted by a two
thirds majority of its members.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Edina City Council accepts with sincere
appreciation the following listed donations on behalf of its citizens.
Donation to the Edina Art Center:
David Grabski Used Video Equipment For Peggy Kelly Studio
Gene Andersen $100
Laura and Kurt Nisi $60
Kenneth Rosland $10
Susan Sheets $10
Donations to the Edina Fire Department:
Edward and Phyllis Sherman $100
Steve and Betty Coleman $50 Via Residential Mortgage Group
