WHERAS, Minnesota Statute 245A.151 allows local units of government responsible for
inspection of private licensed day care providers to recoup the cost of the statutorily
required inspection.
BE IT RESOLVED that the Edina City Council does hereby approve and set the
following miscellaneous fee for inspection of Licensed Day Cares at$47.00 for 2007.
