City of Edina
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Edina, Minnesota, that that
certain plat entitled, "PARKWOOD KNOLLS 27TH ADDITION", platted by The Parkwood
Knolls Construction Company, a Minnesota Corporation, fee owner of the property and
presented at the regular meeting of the City Council on July 17, 2007, be and is hereby
granted Final Plat Approval with two conditions:
1. Watershed District Permits
2. Review and approval of the grading and drainage plans by the City Engineer prior
to any building permits being issued
Adopted by the Edina City Council this 17th day of July, 7.
