NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF EDINA,
MINNESOTA, that a public hearing shall be held on the 411, day of September, 2007, in the
Council Chambers at City Hall at 7:00 p.m. to consider a Sidewalk Improvement Project No.
S-100 for Halifax Avenue.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall give mailed and published
notice of such hearing and improvements as required by law.
ADOPTED this 7th day of August, 2007.
