NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF EDINA,
MINNESOTA, that a public hearing shall be held on the 16th day of October, 2007, in the
Council Chambers at City Hall at 7:00 p.m. to pass upon such proposed assessment and at
such time and place all persons owning property affected by such improvement will be given an
opportunity to be heard with reference to assessments for the following projects:
• Aquatic Weed Improvement No. AQ-07
• Weed Mowing Improvement WD-07
• Tree Removal Improvement TR-07
• Fencing Repair Improvement FR-07
