WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Edina acknowledges that over 35% of the
affected properties have signed a petition, and
WHEREAS, the petition is for the construction of a sidewalk along Doncaster Way
from the intersection of Tracy Avenue and Vernon Avenue to Ayrshire Boulevard,
City Improvement No. S-092, and
NOW THEREFORE, LET IT BE RESOLVED that the required votes for approval of
this sidewalk is three out of five as required in State Statute -Chapter 429.035.
