NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF EDINA,
MINNESOTA, that a public hearing shall be held on December 4, 2007, in the Council
Chambers of City Hall at 7:00 P.M. to consider Sewer, Water and Street Reconstruction
Improvement Project Nos. A-213, A-214, STS-297, SS-413, WM-436, L-43 and L-49; for the
Country Club District
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk shall give mailed and published
notice of such hearing and improvements as required by law.
