GRANTING A City Of Edina
CONDITIONAL USE PREMIT
TO EDINA COUNTRY CLUB
5100 WOODDALE AVENUE
WHEREAS, the procedural requirements of Code Section 850 (Zoning Ordinance)
have been met; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the findings as required by Code Section
No, 850-04,Subd. 4,have been satisfied:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Edina City Council hereby grants a
Conditional Use Permit to the Edina Country Club, 5100 Wooddale Avenue, conditioned
upon:
L Installation of screening adjacent to the Wooddale Avenue parking lot.
Passed and adopted this 21St day of September 2004.
