APPROVING FINAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN
NATIONAL BANK,EDINA,MINNESOTA
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Final Development Plan for the National Bank, 7101
Washington Avenue, dated October 14, 2004, submitted by National Bancshares, Inc.
and presented to the Edina City Council, November 1, 2004, is hereby approved
conditioned up staff approval of a final landscaping plan and watershed district permits
after final review of the existing conditions on the site.
Passed and adopted this 1st day of November 2004.
