APPROVING APPLICATION AND AUTHORIZATION OF Cfy Of �'aC�ti1�
DEFERRAL OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF EDINA,
MINNESOTA, that certain Application and Authorization of Deferral of Special
Assessments for Levy Number 16643 has been received from Marjorie A. Sheehan of 5217
Kellogg Ave. S. PID Number 18-028-24-43-0020 for Deferment of Special Assessments, and
presented at the regular meeting of the City Council on October 17, 2006, be and is hereby
granted.
Passed and adopted by the Edina City Council this 17th day of October,2006
