RESOLUTION NO. 2017-69
RESOLUTION ABATING A SPECIAL ASSESSMENT FOR
THE DUNDEE STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
IMPROVEMENT NO. BA-356 MIRROR LAKES NEIGHBORHOOD
WHEREAS, in 2010 the City levied special assessments for the Dundee Street
Improvement Project ("Project"), and;
WHEREAS, because of a Property Identification Number error, property at 6633
Parkwood Road ("Subject Property") was specially assessed $6,088.99 with annual interest of 5.75%,
and;
WHEREAS, the property should not have been assessed for the Project.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Edina,
Minnesota:
The special assessment levied against the Subject Property or the Project is abated and City
staff is directed to refund payments to the property owners who have previously paid
installments of the special assessment. AL
