RESOLUTION NO. 2017-90
ACCEPTING DONATIONS ON
BEHALF OF THE CITY OF EDINA
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute 465.03 allows cities to accept grants and donations of real or
personal property for the benefit of its citizens;
WHEREAS, said donations must be accepted via a resolution of the Council adopted by a two
thirds majority of its members.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Edina City Council accepts with sincere
appreciation the following listed grants and donations on behalf of its citizens.
Parks & Recreation Art Center
Weston Balfany Two Wood Benches Art Center Entrance Eagle Scout Project
Crosstown Camera Club $50.00 Donation t the 2017 Juried Art Show
Parks & Recreation Maintenance
Andrew Warczak $700.00 Tree Donation
